Funk is in the Air is a magnificent glass artwork where energy, rhythm, and freedom converge. A woman with a saxophone floats through the air, her red hair and yellow dress undulating like a melody in the wind. Opposite her, a man in a sharp blue suit, stylish and confident, plays his trumpet. Together they form a visual composition — a dance of glass, light, and music.

This work was entirely conceived and realized as an original design using a combination of existing and self-developed glass fusing techniques. The result is a layered installation where color, transparency, and light continue to change throughout the day. The artwork is alive — just like the music it represents.

With a size of approximately 250 x 130 cm, this is an impressive statement piece that transforms any space. The work is mounted with the KlikFiks system on a plate, making it appear to float freely from the wall. If desired, the work can also be directly attached to the wall (customization and installation possible at an additional cost).
