Terms of Service (Algemene Voorwaarden)

1. General These terms apply to all offers, orders, and agreements made via www.chrisrave.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Identity Chris Rave – Glass Work Doesburg, Netherlands Website: www.chrisrave.com
3. Prices & VAT All prices are inclusive of Dutch VAT (BTW) unless stated otherwise. For orders outside the EU, VAT may not apply and import duties may be charged by the destination country.
4. Orders & Payment Orders are binding upon confirmation. Payment is due at the time of order unless otherwise agreed. For custom/bespoke commissions, a deposit may be required before production begins.
5. Right of Withdrawal (Herroepingsrecht) In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving a reason. This right does not apply to:
- Custom-made or personalized items (e.g. glass art with names, dates, or bespoke designs)
- Items that have been clearly personalized at your request

6. Returns & Refunds Returned items must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are at the buyer's expense unless the item is defective. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return.
7. Delivery Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Handmade and bespoke items may have longer lead times, which will be communicated at the time of order.
8. Liability Chris Rave – Glass Work is not liable for indirect damages. Liability is limited to the order value. Glass is fragile by nature; damage caused by improper handling after delivery is not covered.
9. Disputes Dutch law applies. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands. EU consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
