Shipping Policy
Chris Rave – Glass Work ships handmade glass art and glass supplies from Doesburg, Netherlands.
Processing Time
- Ready-made items: 2–5 business days
- Personalized/bespoke items: communicated per order (typically 2–6 weeks depending on complexity)
Shipping Methods & Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. All items are carefully packaged to protect fragile glass artwork during transit.
Netherlands & EU Standard and tracked shipping available. Delivery within the EU typically takes 3–10 business days after dispatch.
International (outside EU) International shipping is available. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the shipping cost.
Tracking A tracking number is provided upon dispatch where available.
Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and item immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to find a solution.
If the item is in stock the item will be send within 3 working days, there are two sendings leaving the shop every week. FritForms when not in stock are made to order.
The cost for delivery will vary on the size and weight of the product and the country of delivery.
FritForming Shipping
molds are shipped free on orders above €100,- for the Netherlands and €150,- the rest of the world.
Import duties: For each FritForm, import duties must be paid in some countries. Check your customs for details.
KlikFiks Shipping
to the US,
We are happy to offer shipping to the US for $15.50 dollars. For each KlikFiks, import duties must be paid. These are currently $2.55 per item. We charge this amount and settle it with our carrier, UPS, who handles the process further.

Shipping costs to Australia are currently A$ 13,35.
UK,
Shipping costs to the UK are currently £ 5,29
