KlikFiks 3D - Installation manual
Step 1 – Attaching the glass support

-
Carefully degrease the glass and the support .

-
Glue the glass support in place with 2-component epoxy adhesive, preferably Loctite 3034. This does not discolour over time. Wear gloves!
-

-
Apply the adhesive with a rotating motion so that no air bubbles form between the resin and the support.
Allow the glue to cure for at least 24 hours before proceeding.
Step 2 – Attaching the base support
- Stick the double-sided tape on the part that goes on the wall.

-
Slide the supports together a little bit, as shown in the photo, making sure they don't click yet.

-
Do this for all KlikFiks supports.
-
Press the work against the wall at the desired spot so that the double-sided tape adheres well and the surface sticks to the wall.

-
Carefully pull the work loose; the base support remains attached to the wall.

-
Accurately mark the screw holes with a thin pencil or ballpoint pen refill .
-
Drill the holes if necessary and insert the plugs.
-
Screw the support onto the surface

Step 3 – Attaching the artwork
9. If all steps have been performed correctly, you can easily click the artwork onto the base support.
10. Use 1 KlikFiks per 0.5 kg. If the work is large or if the support is not glued in the center of the work, use extra supports.
